Aus technischer Sicht wird Vierpunkt-Kontaktieranordnung in einer Weise deutlich, die es ermöglicht, auch in einem Array, in dem einzelne Widerstände in unterschiedlichen Entfernungen zu den Messkontakten eingebunden sind, genau genug zu messen. Hinzu kommen die im veröffentlichten Text erläuterten Vorzüge einer besonderen Messanordnung.
